My experience with Rebecka was nothing less than amazing!

My parents had recently passed and I was planning on selling their home. Rebecka contacted me and let me know she would love to help me when I was ready. She put absolutely no pressure on me. Within a couple of months we were in the middle of COVID-19. I had stopped working on clearing out their home because I did not think it would be able to be sold during the Pandemic. Rebecka contacted me just to follow-up. She told me homes were actually selling quite well and there was so little inventory on the market that they sell very quickly. I decided to get back on it.

My parents had lived in the home for 50 years, and I thought someone would buy it and completely remodel it before moving in. I told Rebecka I was just going to clear out the house, but not clean it, because I thought it would just be gutted anyway.

Not only did she have it cleaned, she cleaned the kitchen tile herself, had a large slope at the back of the house weeded, rototilled and replanted the backyard, made sure the yards were watered and mowed, had the windows and the carpet cleaned (without me having to do ANYTHING)! I didn't know realtors did this stuff, seriously, and I don't think most do. She also staged the home and almost made me want to keep it.

The home had a LOT of traffic and sold in the first week, with multiple offers (and well above the listing price)! :)

We were looking for a real estate agent, an interior decorator / consultant and, hopefully, a project manager. We got all 3 and the results were outstanding!

The house that we were selling was a little dated on the inside and needed work on the outside. We talked with a few real estate agents. It seemed that all they wanted to do was sell our house, in pretty much the existing condition, with minimal involvement. We were willing to spend some money if the return would be justified. But, we needed a lot of help.
